Diving PCB or Pensacola or Destin? Which is best?

Hi All,

A few friends and I are planning on diving the Gulf coast and wanted to hear peoples experiences in the following areas;

Which are the best sites to dive? out of where?
Who are the best Dive companies to use?
Rough rates if you have current rates? Just an estimate.

I prefer destin. Scubatech is a great company there. They have a training dive that is shallow called the miss louise. You can crank some bottom time on it, and the life on it is amazing.
