Ok so Im almost finished with my sump/refugium. I have a little more caulking to do and I will be done. Like the probe holder, and ATO, plus I added my own filter sock holder made out of a 3.5" pipe holder from HD.
I also added a support for the refugium wall becuase of the weight. I used some ideas from melevsreef.com for the build sorry theres no actual building its pretty much all done.

Thanks I also wanted to make sure I didnt overflow the sump during a power outage. My last sump didnt leave alot of room for error. Now I can get 25 extra gallons just in case. Plus having a refugium with a nice deep sand bed will help with the nitrates. I have had micro bubbles in the DT becuase of the way my current sump runs so this will also eliminate that problem as well.
