DIY LED price

So I am looking into setting up a little jbj picotope and I was wondering if anyone members make DIY led. I would want about 6-7 and hopefully the ability to dim. One of the led being uv would be nice for color pop. The tank would just be zoas, palys, mushrooms, and maybe some maxi minis with sexy shrimp, porcelain crabs, and pom pom crabs.
