I want to attempt to raise my dkh because it is on the low side along with calcium....I have a 55 gallon bowfront with a 10-15 ? gallon sump and probably another 10 gallon refuge...My readings are as follows

Salt 1.026
Temp 81 Metal Halides
PH 8.2
DKH 8,0 or Alk 2.86
Calcium 340

I beleive if i bring up the alk the calcuim should start to get stable...I have Seachem Reef Builder to Raises Alk but have never did it...Any ideas suggestion or directions on how dose this manually...Slowly pour or what????

I mix the powder with RO water and let it dissolve. I then slowly add it to the output section of my sump...a little at a time. I also shut my skimmer off for an hour or so while it further dissipatates (sp?).
