I have been on the fence about ordering one. I finally decided to try it today. Tested it with multiple vendors. Here's a screenshot from the last vendor I tried. I'm assuming it's from the tariffs. I wish I Had ordered this before. Has anyone else run into this?

I’m surprised it tells you the import charges. Some people are ordering and customs are holding their shipment until duty is paid, even without the exemption expired yet. The things I’d like to order won’t tell me the risk, so I’m not testing it.

I haven't run into it personally, but I've seen a lot of screenshots like yours 😞

I have NOT been able to order at all from AliExpress for goods shipped from China so no - leading to an abrupt end to my light making hobby. I imagine if I could they would show the Tarriffs like you’re seeing here.

I had a couple orders cancelled recently on AliExpress, probably because they may not have arrived in time to avoid the tariffs. Now half the items I had saved in my cart are unavailable. Supposedly Amazon was going to display the cost of tariffs too until the administration got big mad and Bezos backed down. Would have actually been a nice feature tho. Here's to hoping sane minds prevail in the end!

If only people had paid attention when this guy repeatedly told us this was his great economic plan 😒

Yeah. I just paid way more for a 3d printer today than I would have just a few months ago... unfortunately my timing on these things tends to suck. I'd promised my oldest son I would split the cost of a printer with him, and he just got a load of cash for his birthday, so he was all excited and ready to go. Not much else to do but bite the bullet.

Stupid tariffs. Didn't work in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, and they don't work today. The only people the tariffs used from ~1870 to ~1920 helped were the Carnegies and Rockefellers, while driving the rest of the nation into abject poverty.
