I was looking abround my tank yesterday and noticed a strange neon green tipped 'worm'. After studying it for a second it looks like it could be a shedded tip from my anemone, but I was not sure if they do that or not.

Here is a picture. It is nestled between the empty shells with the green part on the bottom. The grey thing on top of it is part of it also.

It appeared to be moving a little but that could also just be because of the current in the tank.

Thoughts?

Any clowns in there?
Mine used to rip some tentacles off every now and then - zero bad effects though...

maroon i used to have clown would bite off tips of the nem... i'd find like 5 tentacles just floating around and the nem did fine.

Yep, 2 Maroon clowns hosting (granted one of them is too small to bite off anything). That must be it. Otherwise I have a really colorful worm in my tank.

Thanks for the info.
