So... do you feed your SPS corals? What do you feed? when, how often... how long have you been doing this?

Has anybody ever experienced any negative effects of the types of feeding everyone has mentioned here contributing to any algae outbreaks?
I stopped the oysterfeast and cyclopese when I developed some algae issues, and just never started using it again after I got the algae under control...

(Eating quality food makes it much easier.) Some tanks have the ability to do a little more personal training at the gym than others. The size of your skimmer and amount of GFO and it's replenishment is the tanks gym.
Corals like food just like any living organism on the planet does. Also like us, they don't like sitting in decomposing waste and pooh filth. If one feeds heavy they need to export fast. The nicest Prime cut bone in ribeye will turn to nothing more than rotting meat if you don't put the uneaten leftovers in the trash.
