It won't install on a Vista 64 bit. Would an emulator work?

I use reefcon2000. I think its an older version (the newer version doesnt work for me)...installed it and it works fine. no issues with it. I don't use an emulator or anything.
I can email you the one I have....I tried to download reefcon Lt...didnt work :/

I have a small 4x6 notepad that has every test for the last two years up to date. Usually once a week is good for me unless I add something new. Its an easy reff. Just dont trust the computer.

Started to transfer data from paper to computer, still using my paper log till caught up. Have other projects in front of transfering data.
