Dosing pumps.

I wanna buy one.want to set it up to dose my micro bacter7 and bio fuel automatically. Maby even my carbs and amminos. I know nothing about these pumps. Any reccomendations?? prices?

Bulk Reef Supply pumps. Never used them but never heard anything bad about them either.

I just bought a Bubble Magus dosing unit. I read good things about it and was fortunate to find on ARC. May be worth looking into if you plan on dosing 3 supplements.

Ok sweet. I think i remember seing that thread. Im gonna need to dose atleast four things! but, I could get away with a pump that doses three diff things bc the carbs and amminos are 1ml each so i could just put a "T" in the pickup tube and dose them at the same time.

FYI: unless you have a full blown stony reef with exceptional nutrient removal, adding Amino and carbs are just adding phates and trates.

Get the two part (or 3 part kit with mag) from brs, and dose calcium and alk on a doser.

You might just be feeding algae soon.

Thanks for the input, but I think what I'm doing is working well for my sps considering their amazing growth rate. I've been using the elos pro skimmer and omega for about 5 months now and I've had nothing less than excellent results. No nitrates or phosphates. I'm also using the brightwell Zeo vit system, just tired of manually dosing daily. Thanks for looking out though!

gotcha, carbon dosing..........I've been carbon dosing for years, I also did the whole amino thing for about 2 years or so, stopped dosing aminos, no change, fyi. none.

hmm, you know i was kind of wondering what would happen if i laid off the amminos. just to see if i noticed any diff!
