Dry Food Expiration - anyone ever follow this?

I just checked the expiration on my dry pellets and it expired 2 years ago. Fish don't seem to mind.

Anyone else ever look at theirs?

I don't. I know some vitamins oxidize but I've never bothered to really look into or care about it. I'm sure age does reduce the potency of some of the vitamins/minerals but I've never had an issue.

Nothing a little soak in Vitachem or Selcon can't fix.
