EcoTech Marine = Excellent Customer Service

A big thanks to Steve @ EcoTech! Last night the power supply to one of my Vortech MP40's died, so this morning I called EcoTech customer service @ 9am to order a new one. My pump is 2.5yrs old and out of warranty, but Steve gave me a deal on the replacement power supply and it was in the UPS truck for 2-day delivery within 2 hours of my phone call.

I know these pumps are pricey, but they're worth their weight in gold IMO. Excellent product, excellent service.

I had an issue with my wetside assembly a few months ago and they got me a replacement in two days!

They're a good company. People often forget that you're not only paying for the product, but the service also. It's good to hear good accounts like this.

Their technical guy (Steve maybe) has always taken as much time as needed to help me the couple times I have called him. I never felt rushed, and always felt like they really wanted to help. Big thumbs up for them. I own three Vortechs.

Same experience here. Those guys are terrific. I had a warranty issue which was promptly handled. I have a 40 and a 20 and they just keep "pumping" along.

+1 I had an issue with an MP40w and they fixed it.. free.. even though it was out of war.
