emerald crab on birdsnest coral

I just got two emerald crabs, and they've been great at eating my bubble algae. Today i noticed one of the crabs has taken a liking to hanging out on my birdsnest coral. I have caught him picking at it, but now he just seems to want to hang out there. I havent had a chance yet to see how its affecting the coral. Anyone else have experience with this?

I had one start hanging out in mine but it never did any damage.

Mine stay in my birdsnest a lot. Especially at night. Doesn't seem to harm anything though.

yea i had one hang out in my birds nest all the time i think they just like being between all the branches where nothing can get to them

i have a big emerald that likes to crush the ends of my setosa and eat them.hes gonna be crab on a stick if i can ever get to it!

Mine love the birds nest. Never seen any damage.

Mine is just a frag that has grown quite a bit but i was a little worried about it breaking. I feel better about it now though, so i guess ill just keep an eye on it!
