So, over the last two days I have noticed a little extra water on the floor....not supposed to be there. Was not 100% if it was my skimmer overflowing (Red Sea Prizm HOB) or my "used" tank minor leak. Instead of ignoring the issue, or assuming it was the skimmer, I made sure that I was better safe, than sorry. Upgraded to my 90(ish). 48''L x 18W x 24D Put all coral in a large styrofoam box with carbon, all LR in a spare 40g and commenced to "moving" water. In 4 long (stessful hours) I have to wait for the sand to clear. I know it may have been a bad move.....but coral back in the hazy tank. Please input is needed, did not take time to do a before and after. Pics coming soon. I had just done a water change, and something told me not to throw out the old water, and I had new water on hand, so yay for being a hoarder. Flow seems better actually, and more gallons.....so at least I got that. Did not have spare sand to make my DSB, so I used FW gravel for the bottom inch....good move/bad move? Hope I can sleep, it is 3:32 and I gotta be up at 8!
