I cam across this site this morning while doing some research on my lighting set up. A TON of info!

Yeah, my Radiums must not have got the memo.. Nothing WAS growing in my tank. When I switched to Radiums everything started growing out of control..
 
I think this writeup is a few years old. It states it has been updated, but the info is heavy on compact flourescents and VHOs, with only fleeting mention of T5s.
