Excellent experience with the folks at Wave point

I stepped on one of the legs of my new wavepoint T-5 lighting system which I bought (at very reasonable price) from Jenn at Imagine Ocean.

I emailed the company (wavepoint) late Tuesday night to ask them what type of plastic the legs were made of so I may buy the right adhesive.

I received a reply with 45 mins that not only told me that the legs were ABS, but that I was being shipped a new leg (sounds funny). Today, only 4 days later, I received 2 new replacement legs from wavepoint. That's incredible service. :thumbs:

Glad to hear it. Seems that Jenn only deals with good reputable companies, so good to know.

Truer statements are rarely made. She really likes to know who she is dealing with, who her customers might have to deal with, and is only willing to deal with the ones that support everyone down the line. :up:

yeah me too.....my wavepoint is awesome!!!!....finally have all my bulbs in and intact.....since i kept getting broken ones sent to me!!!!......haha
