How often should i be feeding my fish? I have a 75g with roughly 12-14 fish(mostly small)? Ive heard 2-3 times daily, Ive heard every other day! I normally make a fishy cocktail with 3-4 different types of foods, just unsure on how much and how often!

Not sure if it's right or wrong but I feed mine twice a day. Once in the morning and once in the evening giving them enough food to eat in about 3 minutes or so. a fishes stomach is about as big as their eye if that's any help. Sometimes they will get an additional treat during the day.

I think about how a fishes stomach is about as big as its eye, everytime I feed my Emporer Snapper the 10-15 silversides every other day it stuffs in its mouth...

IMO, flake food is the only type of food that should be feed that frequently, and even then should be used sparingly. I'm surprised it doesn't foul your water.

Also IMO it depends on the fish I keep. Damsels I feed either once everyday sparingly, or once moderately every other day. Tangs are best feed everyday, and infact, one of the few fishes I'd consider </em>feeding more than once a day because of the need for vegetation.

Usually, the only place you read about feeding fish 2 and 3 times a day is on fish food labels. They are just trying to sell more food.

One frozen cube of Marine Cuisine around noon every day (after lights have been on for an hour); the cube is thawed in a cup then strained. Flakes in the evening every other day. Kent Microvert in the evening every 4th day target fed with a turkey baster (actually will run out tonight, have only used one bottle since I bought it in September, any suggestions for new stuff?).
