Anyone ever noticed that a Mesh (100 micron) sock produces microbubbles, whereas a felt sock did not?
I was using some Felt socks with no problem. Then I changed to the Mesh socks and have some micro bubbles. The water level at the moment in the sump is higher than normal so the bubbles are not being stopped by the buble trap. Once the water level is back to normal this should help, but any similar experiences based just off the material of the socks?
