Filter media question???

So i have a rena xp3 canister filter and im curious what would be the best filter media to run. It will be mostly fish with some coral. Any opinions would be great.

the standard carbon/GFO should work well. I've run that combo with BRS two stage reator with good results. Just know that it will need to be changed regularly to prove usefull.

I had an XP2 and I ran carbon, Seachem matix and the polishing pad. Changed out the carbon and pad once a month and it worked great. The motor quit working or I'd still use it. I never tried GFO but the pelletized BRS type is what I'd use.
