Finally introducing myself

Hi there,

My name is Donna. I have been on the site for a few weeks now but hesitated to step out to say hi.

I have been in this hobby only 1 year and a half now so I am still learning. I have a 65 gal reef. Tried to hook up a wet dry this weekend and couldn't do it so I took it back to the store. After reading all the threads I decided I will just get a good skimmer and a hang on back refugium. (I don't think I can build a sump myself). The wet dry scared me after it kept flooding my home.

Welcome Donna.....for me building a sump is the easy part...its the plumbing that baffles me

Not yet, sorry. I moved about a month ago, everything is in the tank but I really don't like how it looks. I am going to rearrange the tank in a couple of weeks after I return from Florida.

I will post pictures then.
