ok i have 2 fire clowns and the female has beat th crap out of the male .he is still eating well, so my q is will this pass. i have 7 tanks with clowns in them and never had this problem.

I think this is actually semi-common behavoir for clowns. If she rejects him, she will harrass him until he leaves the area or kills him. Since he can't really leave without your help, she just started in on him.
