So... I don't really even HAVE a tank yet, but I know the dimensions.

Here is my first live rock creation.

The part on the side is made to hook on like a big ear;)

The main part was just a chunk of PUKANI rock. I hollowed it out;) what a great place for a show coral on the front ledge eh!!!!

Here is the best tool I've ever used to cut / shape live rock

That's some strong tape to hold it all together! lol Good start.

Ha. No tape. You just cut a notch in the parts and link them together. When I get everything ready I'll use epoxy putty to strengthen it all up)

I DO like knowing my rock work can be modular though ... In case of pests / breaks / algae or some other anomaly.

If you decide to go pro, I'll be looking to buy some rocks from you during my next build.

This is actually all the rock I have :( I sold my other LR recently ... I need about 20 more lb of the PUKANI and I'll be set to go for an 80g shallow

I'm already jealous of your future aquascape. :shades:

My last tank taught me to build exactly what I want instead of depending on big round rocks to stack ..... I'll see if I can find a pic before it grew in
