Currently have a lawnmower blenny and a powder brown tang. Looking to add more fish soon. I definitely don't want to overcrowd the tank at all, but here is the list of what I am interested in. Help me decide what to get.

Copperbanded Butterfly
Purple Tang
2 x Percula Clowns

Two tangs and a butterfly in only a 75g would be pushing it, imo. A tang will swim about 25 miles per day snd should have at least 6' of lateral swimming room.

Also, the butterfly is a tricky fish to keep and many feel they should be reserved for he more advanced aquarist. Biggest obstacle is getting them to eat.

I like the clown choice, true percs, false percs or B&W. Lots of movement and character.

ok well butterfly aside, would those 2 tangs be too much - would they get outgrow the tank?

Tang police say yes...

I really like my copperband. If you find a copperband that will eat frozen food, you should be fine. Best to get one that has been in a tank a while, but you can buy one from a local fish store. Make them show you that it will eat at least frozen mysis before you buy it.

Well I guess I will just stick with the one tang for now, although the purple tang is really growing on me. Time to upgrade :p

In my 75 I had a yellow, a scopus and hippo tang with a gobie a damsel a 6 line wrasse and a clown pair. It was a nice community.

Copperband is only for the PRO reefer IMO. Even when you get them to eat they require a very consistent diet or they will die.

Have fun!!!
