Bluestreak cleaner wrasse, Labroides dimidiatus

Not a very good survival rate.

Edit: Or, see below... another possibility.

The bluestreak doesnt look like it has maroon in it. Maybe cause its a juvi?

The picture I have has maroon in it.

Edit: Could also be a juvenile Chiseltooth Wrasse though... Pseudodax Moluccanus. They look very similar.

It could be a type of cleaner wrasse??

Thats a common cleaner looks more like that chisletooth to me...

I vote chiseltooth wrasse. Very juvi though. It doesn't even have the ring around that tail yet.
