No kidding right. But... that guy has some immaculate systems. If you can keep stuff that looks that good (and money is no object) ... wow.

To bad his tank crashed and he tore it all down! One of the best tanks I've ever seen.

Yeah... I didnt realize that until i read through that thread some more. Did you see where he completely removed the whole fish room/stand?! It looks like it was never there now. I did see where he's working on a 400 gallon cold water setup. I love the tanks that have the flow built into the rocks so you cant even see the nozzles. Very clean.

$699.00 on Marine Center Dot Com. Not a fish for the faint of heart.

Oh and they are temperate water fish. That means below 70 degrees. So, unless you have a dedicated cold water system keeping the temp in the 60's, they will ultimately fail.

Yup, with a note saying they're "on vacation". It been years now. It's very doubtful they'll reopen.

700 buck is nothing, and has nothing to do with size. Heres an 900 fish thats barely over an inch. It has to do with what moves you. Not size or color.

I realize that there are other more expensive fish in the hobby... Just... ya wont see me looking at those displays and actually considering them :)
