Fish room

Things are finally coming along with purchasing our home and we have finally decided where the fish room is going to be. Still in planning stages main function of room will my own personal bubble where I can do my water changes. House some breeding tanks quarintine tank a frag tank stock tanks for water changes unfortunately it will still be separate from my main display tank. Ideally I had really wanted to do an in wall tank to tie into the rest of it but that would put the display tank in the dining room which is kind of a waste since we don't spend that much time in there with the exception of when family comes over and holidays. Looking for some I sight and opinions on those who have rooms and what are some good ideas to make things a lil more simple for me.

I am thinking utility sink or possibly drop in metal sink I already have counter top in the room. Previous owner was turning it into a large food pantry in case of zombie outbreak

Sink and FLOOR Drain>>>> maybe someday.

James thanks for the invite (i know last time was so late) lol. my schedlue doesn't always mesh with everyone elses in addition to being a road trip away from almost everyone on here... oh btw the candy canes are doing nice I got from you.

I will snap some photos of the room and where it sits and show you guys what im working with as far as tanks.
