When one of yall are done can I borrow it. Last time I let some one here in the ARC club borrow it and they never brought it back. It's been so long I forgot who it was. :confused2::sad:

Thanks Hoang. Are you going to be home around 3:30-4pm or so? I'll call you tomorrow for an exact time.

Try turning the lights off in the middle of the night and letting him sleep swim out and you can net him.
I have read threads and seen fish that were qt'ed and taught to eat from a fish trap just in case the need arouse

wow thats a really good idea. Maybe I should try that once I get my new tank up. but if you stop feeding them from the net after you put them in the display, wouldn't they forget about that and be scared of the net again?

I doubt it but do not know. I have seen it work and work later on to remove the fish from the display using the trap though

Had the same problem and someone on here suggested I cut the top of a 2 liter coke and put food in the bottom. Didn't feed the fish for a day. watched it for about 10 minutes and my tang went straight in and put the net on the other side. I cut the hole just a little bit bigger than the fish.

tuning lights on in dark works best for me...easy to catch.
