Flame Scallop

I'm not sure what you mean charlie? I simply said I was amazed, can I not be amazed and state it. What fire are you speaking of should I be worried?

I had one. Bought it on impulse (my mistake). I spot fed it and it looked great about 4 months, then started jumping around the tank and got to spots where I couldn't feed it. One morning the shell was cleaned out and the hermits looked happier...well fed, if you get my drift.

I agree with weaglereefer on this one. Question was asked, opinions were given, let it be done and thread closed as per PFCDeitz request. If i remember he is fairly new to the hobby, better for him to ask questions so he can avoid making any avoidable mistakes other than bashing him over a simple misunderstanding from a comment he made.

Exactly!

The question was fine. It was your obtuse statement that changed the direction of the thread.

Logical arguments are obviously above your head; as is value for life.

It's not a theory. And nobody is blaming anybody who purchased these without knowing about their poor survival rates. I hope everyone who has a flame scallop has it for a very long time; I hope they thrive, I really do. I wouldn't advise anybody to purchase one because of their poor survival rates and will always stand against the reckless disregard for life.

db366 - I don't care for locking a calf in a cage to consume either, but I will never judge someone who feels differently about their food source. BUT, I also see a big difference between that and leaving the calf in the cage to starve to death.

Yeah and who are you to tell me what i value?

Go hug a tree dude. Your pathetic
