So I have flat worms. I have siphoned them out and treated with flatworm exit twice but some how they still come back what gives. All my corals and other inhabitants are still super healthy. Any help would b greatly appreciative. Thanks in advance.

size tank? inhabitants?

many a wrasse will take care of you depending upon info you provide...

i have a 14 gal nano all in one with 75 watt halide. I have one perc clown that is very small maybe 3/4 inch. I have gbta, monti's, chalice, frogspawn, zoos, kenya tree, gsp, mushrooms, and lobos. I also have a decent cleanup crew of brittle star, blue leg hermits, turbo snail, nasserus snails, astreas with tons of babies. and a huge 5 inch deresa clam. I run a dual spout off my pump coming into my tank for flow.

Edit: would a six line wrasse work

If it's only 14 g, take everything out, remove the sand (swap it for brand new if you wish, but get rid of the old), FW dip the rock and corals.

Flatworms - gone.

good point.

What about the hermits and stars and gbta? If I change th sand do i lose my 8 month cycle? This sounds kinda risky as a lot of the rock work has zoas and other encrusters growing between them. My hermits have some worms on them. Do I keep the water in tank? Can I dip my clam?

It literally only takes a couple of seconds to kill the flatworms. I have never seen any on hermits etc., but I suppose it's possible.

No, you won't "lose" your cycle. We actually got rid of the sand entirely in our 12g. I prefer the look of the sand, personally but Brian decided make that tank a bare-bottom.

Yes, you can quickly dip the clam. A few seconds and a swirly and they all die and fall off (the flatworms).

The flatworms won't be on the anemone. If it's attached to a rock that needs dipped, just swish it quickly.
