Is the HOB filter seated level within that housing? If not, a slight drip could cause water to accumulate. The filter should be level, and ever so slightly tilted forward through use of the leveling devices. I hope that is it, as that's about the only quick fix, unless you're certain you didn't accidentally drip water down there somehow.

The filter pump could have come loose from the housing of the AC20 Filter. You could pull the filter up and see if that is where the water is leaking from.
