I was looking at trying either Selcon or Garlic. Are they a waste of money? My fish are plenty healthy already would it be worth it to add anything to the food?

Garlic can help entice finicky fish to eat. Some anecdotal evidence suggests garlic may boost the immune system. There is also evidence to suggest that extended garlic use in fish feed leads to liver damage.

I give my frozen food a soft RO/DI rinse in cold water in 6 daily portions that will be divided by 2....
After I separate 6 rinsed portions into 12, I drop 2-3 drops of Selcon on each portion and return to freezer, or for next 24 hours, frig.
