Foster smith sent me a free gift today

Ordered 10 Peppermint shrimp...which did not arrive...........but I just looked in the tank and on the Clam I ordered I just found free aiptasia......What a hoot ..I ordered the shrimp to kill my aiptasia population and they just increased it.......and still no Peppermint Shrimp:confused2::mad2:

Call them, your satisfaction is their goal. I have personally seen them bend over backwards to resolve ANY issue.

have made three calls talked to management and all they will do is put my name on the Notify When Available (first come first serve) been on that twice. Name remains on list for 10 days, After that they call you and let you make another choice or credit you. Trying to find a credible PS dealer or the wand.
Any suggestions

I have always had great experience with Fosters -- however, I have bought a few live from Petco and have been very pleased.

Aiptasia is normal on A.C. clams. Generally the store eliminates them before offering them for sale. Since yours came directly from the wholesaler, you'll have to do the treatment.

I like them, nice ladies at cs, well, they sound great, been costumer too, they even been sending me magazines at my request or like one every month, sorry you got trough trouble.

I have had nothing but fantastic service from them for 8 years. And that is why I was so shocked that they sent only part of my order without notifying me that the PS were not being shipped……And I really really needed those PS but the freebie on the clam they did send just hit the wrong nerve, on the wrong day of a tired and disappointed old Bubba.
So, no more wand owners???
