Frag tank for swap meet water question

I'm excited for Junes meeting/cookout/swap meet. It will also be my first time selling frags at a meeting. I am wondering what the best way to handle water. I would like to minimize the stress on the frags. Is it best to just use a few gallons of tank water (this seems best)? Fresh mixed water? or what? I don't wanna make the wrong assumption. Thanks!
