Fragging Leather Corals

So how does one go about doing this? i've got a finger and a cabbage leather that are getting HUGE. For the cabbage leather do i just cut it in half or smaller pieces off of it? The Finger Leather do i just gut some of the fingers off??

Leathers are easy soft corals to frag. Cut and use toothpicks to hold them in place, either glued to a rock, or use a gum band, just try not to put pressure on the flesh itself as you'll split the coral and it'll float away.
