Free purple hornets from NCRA

So for those who signed up for the purple hornet thing from NCRA, they are ready to ship to us but haven't heard back from the ARC group to ship out.

I PM'ed minirex on ncra about it and he said everything is ready, waiting to ship out whenever they get the shipping payment. USPS is 37.00 and 44.00 for Fed Ex overnite. So for overnite, it would be roughly $3 per person. I would PM everyone instead of posting this thread but I'm not sure if you guys have the same name on here as u do on NCRA. To who and when should we get it shipped? Post here or PM me.
 
Wow I was just joking around about this today.
Whatever group he listed me in just pm me and I will happily send payment. If only enough for the group listed above then pm me if someone backs out
 
Yeah, I mean I can do the whole paypal thing and all, but it would be nice to see if we can get a response from everyone on that list to see if we can get their portion of the shipping fee. Where would be a good place to ship to?
 
I'll PayPal $5 to cover my share of s/h. I will need someone to hold mine til I get a chance to pick it up, but can pay for that, or trade a frag for the service.
 
Shipping it to me wouldnt be the best choice, haha. I have a very small tank and wouldnt be able to hold for long. Could we possibly get it shipped to the next meeting?
 
No. I was talking about whoever posted this months ago. If not get with some sponsors and give them the frags not spoken for and pay for their shipping portion to cover their time for housing them
 
That's a good idea, not to mention, they could make some major $$$ on ones that aren't picked up.

You would probably have to figure out a way to fairly let everyone know, give a deadline, collect payments, arrange shipment, then give a deadline for people to pick up.

if you browse thru the pics posted up on the ncra forum of the ones people received already, they do need some major coloring up after shipping. wonder how they will do under LEDs. anywho, so if we went the route picking up from a vendor, would the vendor just pay for the shipping initially and we just pay the vendor when we go to pick up??
 
Not unless there was something major to gain as mentioned before. Personally I would not. As Auo1st mentioned get everyone to prepay and we pay the pennies on the dollar amount we are paying and let the reciever keep the frags unspoken for as payment for their service

Then you're not on the list. It was something another site was doing as a promotion and you had to qualify for.
 
If you need someone to take delivery and hold them, I have 7 SW tanks and two are frag tanks. I am retired so I'm at home most of the time. Pickup can be at my house or the next two meetings we have. Holley
