Anyone had this happen before? One of the five heads of my frogspawn suddenly deflated yesterday and still is deflated today. The other heads are slightly less puffy than normal as well. Water parameters as of today:

Alk: 8.3
Calcium: 465
Mag: 1290
PO4: 0.13
NO3: 13.6
Temp: 80.8
Salinity: 1.026

Planning to do my normal 20% water change later today, so that will bring the PO4 and NO3 down to slightly more ideal numbers. They’re just a hair higher than what I like to run.

I also had a clear frag rack shading the frogspawn for a few weeks and recently moved it. So maybe this is a light-related response?

One other thing to add. My clownfish often host in the frogspawn, so it may be as simple as a physical injury to that polyp.

I would lean towards the light (change in shading) and/or physical like you mentioned being the culprit. Before suspecting water chemistry. I have handful of Duncan LPS in a temporary tank and they open & close as I move the lids which provide shade / more direct light.

I have some extra frogspawn. You're welcome to a frag of you want.
Man I really appreciate that. Fortunately though it’s slowly coming back to life. I think it must have just had a tiny tear in the tissue or similar physical injury that caused it to deflate and taking a few days to heal.
