Why does my Gbta not "bubble"?It always opens up great but the tentacles never seem to resemble bubbles,like the pictures I have seen.
all water parameters are good:
Temp is always 78-79
ammonia 0
salinity 1.026
ph 9
calcium 480
nitrates and nitrites both 0
phosphates 0
I don't have a way to check mag,yet
I do bi-weekly water changes at 20 gallons each,the tank they are in is 55 gallons.it is lighted by 2 t5's(actinic) and 2 250 watt 20k halides.
Flow is provided by 2 mj600 with mods,1set at each end of tank.i am also running a 20 gallon sump with bio balls,gfo in reactor and an insump skimmer,return pump and a hob penguin filter that I use for carbon
the only other livestock in the tank is a clown goby,watchman goby and shrimp pair and a few corals
I have had it for about 3 months, bought 1.Had it for about 1 month and then it split into three.all 3 are doing fine,opening good,healed up good
