I found this deal today. I wonder how well this would work for taking macro shots of coral without having to shoot through glass.

It would be neat to tinker with this to make a remote-release or even a continuous feed. (I've got a webcam I'm going to try to water-proof for my next tank).

From the Olympus website, it has a super-macro focus mode that allows as little as 2.8" which means you could get pretty close.
