Getting clowns to switch hosts

My clown pair have switched from hosting a vortech to hosting this Goniopora. Unfortunately that causes the Goniopora to remain retracted most of the day. Anyway to discourage them from hosting on this?

You have four options.

Move it, usually only a temporary option.

Remove it until the clowns move on to something else.

Buy a nem and place it near the coral but not close enough to sting it. Once the nem host the clowns move the nem to a more desired location.

Or a combination of option 2 and 3.

I'll give you a 5th option.

Bring it to my place (I'll even come get it) and I'll make sure that your clowns never host it again.

BTW, I love the Goniopora. It's among the best pieces I've ever killed. :sick:

My goni got used to it after a couple days. You could just give a little bit of time, and hopefully it will open up

Man I love that goni too, so if it got to go which it won't, I've got first dibs on it.
I've got one going on about 8 months and it's loving life
