I want to start converting my tank from leathers to SPS. I am in the process of finishing my Radion Pro LED light upgrade, and have a mj1200 as the main pump, and 2 koralia nano 425. Reinstalling my media reactor. Besides to possibly having to upgrade my skimmer, and start dosing 2 part. Are there any other things I need to do? This is going to go in my BC29. How hard are they to keep?

I did pretty much the same thing a couple of years ago. I used a 150w halide clip-on. I kept it very simple and had great success. I had nothing in the back chambers except the heater and pump. All I did was a daily water change of 1/2 gallon. When the mood struck I did a full gallon. With an open top it was a 3 minute operation. I dosed nothing. I may have been lucky but the corals were happy and grew quickly. One monti cap in particular started as a 3" triangular frag and was soup bowl sized in about a year. So, in the end,I would advise to keep it simple and not over-think it too much. Its as hard or as easy as you make it.
