Going to need a ca rx soon

So my new tank is finally settling down and corals are growing / encrusting

I gave 32 sps I my 80 gal woohoo!

Soooo

I'm thinking I'll need a ca rx soon. Have there been any developments in the last few years I need to know about?

Didn't vertex come out w some new cool reactor?

Yeah, it's pretty neat, I just found it hard to maintain and fill. The lid is threaded and has 1/4" push-connect-fittings that have to be removed when you clean/refill. Kind of a pain. Also, the flow meter isn't accurate. Other than that, everything else is top notch. I just decided I liked Geo reactors better and went back to them. He has made a couple of nice upgrades in the latest generation.

I did like my dual mrc reactor too... And dang I wish I still had my aquarium plants regulator
