Someone should by this. Seems like a good deal to me

SMH....

They've been registered for what, 6 weeks? 11 feedback, some as a buyer.

Even their nice stuff would be a risk, IMO.

I just love "Bid with confidence....This is one of the fastest replicating corals I have ever seen!!! Buy this one today and you will have 50 in a month". Well that seems accurate at least.

Do you think there is a possibility that someone has convinced this person that an aiptasia anemone has monetary value?

I really don't know how to feel about this. It is a "buyer beware" WORLD out there

Come on this is an ultra le aiptasia

It does have the desired white specs in the base. This is an easy-corals signature anemone.

Really it's the great brand name that increases the value.

When I was new to the reef-keeping side of the hobby, I was in a store, choosing live rock. One piece had a big, fat, aiptasia on it. I didn't know what an aiptasia was, but I recognized it as an anemone. When I pointed it out to the clerk serving me, he said, "Yes, a free bonus!" and knowingly sold me what I later learned was a pest.

That individual is now pretty widely respected in reef-keeping circles. He was a teenager at the time. I'm reasonably certain he knew he was selling me a pest, and capitalized on my ignorance.

So yes, there is somebody out there, naive enough to bid on that.
