Good glass cleaner

Ok I will try that. I want to keep it streak free and shiny but im having trouble with that. Thank you!!

I use RODI and a small amount of vinegar of a squirt bottle. Works like a charm!

Stay away from regular Windex, ammonia, ammonia, ammonia. I use the Vinegar Windex. You can get it anywhere. It works great for me...

I use a natural product called Method Glass + Surface cleaner. It uses all natural, plant based ingredients. With a microfiber cloth...works excellent and it's safe!

Start with a bowl of hot water and dawn dish soap. That removes the salt film first. After it drys to can spray a bit of windex on a paper towel (in the other room) and it will bit crystal clear. Don't spray the windex in the same room because the airborne particles will make it into the tank.

Kent Marine acrylic/glass cleaner-polisher (sold at Petco) does wonders...plus it's made for aquarium use.

they say a moms spit will take rust off of a bumper , worth a shot i guess.

i'll get my mom to bottle you some up for $10 :lol2:

I use windex sprayed onto the glass and have done so for a very long time.

And what's the problem with using very small amounts of ammonia near a tank full of ammonia eating bacteria?

Edit: Let me add my disclaimer: I don't dump windex in the tank.
