How long has the tank been running? Did you use live rock from an established system or store, dry rock, or a mix of both? Have you tested to be sure that your tank is cycling properly?

Tank has been running for a month now and live rock from a store. And I check the alch. And ph. I take it to fish garden to help me out with the rest.

You're probably OK to add some easier/hardy corals, but I would take a little more time before adding more fish. Because you bought live rock and it's been a month you're probably in the clear. Wouldn't hurt to get a second opinion though

It's fully cured rock. I've had the fish in there for about a month at a guess here is what's in there.
1 clown 1 coral beauty 2 green chromies. 1 frag gold polyp 1 frag hammer coral [I think is the name] 1 frag green mushroom 1 frag red mushroom.
