Hey everyone.

Is he dying or already dead?

He looked normal up until a couple days ago, then I have a video of my clown fish picking at the fleshy part hanging.

If he’s dead, do I just take him out of the tank now? Do I wait?

Any help will be appreciated

Thanks.

If it stays attached to a rock I would leave it for now and keep an eye on it. If it detaches from the rock and doesnt reattach quickly Then I would probably pull it.
Have you checked your water parameters lately?

I tested the water this past momday, and it looked normal. I also have a RBTA and it looks fine.

I’ll wait and see if it detaches from the rock.

Thanks

It’s still attached to the rock but hasn’t show much signs of life.

IMG_5396.pngThe reason I was asking is because it had a piece of flesh dangling and the clown fish was picking at it. Like trying to eat it I guess. That’s why I was asking if it was dead.
