Green Cromis layed eggs!

Well I've noticed very aggressive behavior from one of my larger green cromis. She has been hanging around by the back glass next to a pagoda cup coral and attacking anything that goes near that spot. I was looking around that area today and noticed eggs all over the glass and the base of the pagoda.

Coral food here they come!

Anybody ever have them spawn?

That is very cool. I've never heard of the spawning before like that.

By the way I am picking up some from the Asian market if you want to grab some up to try. Pure protein for the fishes and anything else that would like small fish eggs

I have a pair of chromis that have layed eggs for over a year but seem to have stopped in the last month.

I had a pair of chromis that were actively breeding. It was pretty cool.

neat, good to here. They get bossy when there are eggs. I laugh when she attacks the mag float.
