I've got this new growth in a few areas of the tank. They are circular white dots the size of a pencil eraser. The tank is well established 5+ years and I've never seen this before. I've seen it on rock and epoxy but never glass. They almost glow under blue light. Any ideas?

No, they only seem to grow on rock and epoxy. The pink stuff in the picture is epoxy.

It's hard to tell for sure from the pictures, but I have a rock with tons of little sponges that look very</em> much like that.

its snail eggs i believe from nerite snails. i get them all over my tank even on the glass and silicone. they're completely harmless and even beneficial if they're fertilized and they hatch.
