I just set this up yesterday and woke up this morning with the pump off. I checked the outlet, tried plugging it into a different one and nothing. The ac adapter is green so I know its getting power. Has this happened to anyone? How did you fix it? I contacted coralvue and am waiting on their response.

You may have already tried this. Just in case you haven't. Unplug the gyre from the power source, then plug the gyre in to the controller and finally connect the power supply to the gyre and plug in. They have a built in safety feature which requires you to follow this order.

Here is the link and it's about 4+ mins into the serice video. Hope this helps. :)

Hey Brett, thanks for the info. I just tried and still nothing...no idea why this happened. Oh well, Coralvue got back to me and they are going to replace it.

Well it was worth trying. :(. Your very welcome! Their customer service has always been A++ when I've dealt with them in the past.
