Hairy Worm?

So I found this in my qt tank Im breaking down at the moment and wondering what it is? looks like a worm of some sort but it has tentacles. I never feed the qt so cant really be from over feeding looks like a parasite ( or how I think a parasite looks when I think of them) anyways no worry in the qt but man I hope I don't have em in display. Any ideas?
