Hammer question

is this hammer not doing well or what is happening cause as you can see in the photos, the first one shows when it was very full and a darker color and now it’s very bright and fluorescent but not nearly as big or full as it was previously.

Have you asked these questions of yourself? What changed from then to now? Over what period of time? Any other corals showing different signs of appearance or growth over the same time period? Did I introduce anything new to the system prior to this happening? Has there been a swing in my big three? Knowing the answers to these, I may be able to identify appropriate next steps. Just my two cents.

Hi @Urbanknight sorry just now responding. I’ve increased my magnesium a good bit since I have goniapora. Nothing else has changed though

Mine did the same thing! It’s been that way for at least a month if not longer. The only things I did was move 5” to the left, tip it in its side and reglue it. I know you should only change one thing at a time but well, that was hard. Here is the little guy on the left and his buddies that seem to be fine on the right
