I need some information from my ARC buddies.
I bought a Harlequin Tusk and yes I know they are reef compatible with caution all the way up to not reef safe. So please do not school me on that. I understand the risks I am taking with adding it to a mixed reef tank.

My question, to those that have one and have owned one, what was the nightly behavior of your fish? Mine decides it wants to make noise and splashes at the surface along with spitting out water. Its a nightly routine for him for about 30 mins each nights.

any thoughts?

No one has the slightest clue as to why he is acting like a child afraid of the dark or something?

Maybe it's just having some fun, or acting like a kid that's not ready to go to bed?

i vote for the latter... i've just never had a fish do this so its a new behavior for me lol love the fish, its amazing to watch him hunt for the pieces of krill that i put in to feed it
the clowns get jealous though

Looking forward to getting an Aussie Tusk, but need some time yet and other additions first. They are cool fish. And all fish are weird. Some just more so than others =)
